When PET plastic bottles enter the feeding chamber, sharp, durable alloy knives make precise incisions on the labels. These blades are welded onto the spindle at specific, highly efficient angles. As the spindle rotates with the helical design, it conveys the bottles toward the discharge end. During this process, the cutter blades systematically peel the labels from the bottles. Using controlled air flow, the bottles and labels are automatically separated. This environmentally friendly approach eliminates the need for water or chemical solvents in the separation process.
