How It Works: The Science of Efficient Drying

Here’s the process: After initial dewatering, your plastic material is whisked away by a transport blower and merged with a stream of hot air. This mixture then travels through an extensive, winding network of high-grade stainless steel tubing.
As the material tumbles and spirals within this transport tunnel, the hot air maximizes contact, efficiently pulling moisture away. The journey culminates in a sophisticated cyclone separation unit. Here, cool air is strategically introduced, helping to rapidly lower the material temperature and lock in that low residual moisture. More than just cooling, the cyclone acts as a final polishing step, effectively removing any lingering dust or fines from your valuable material stream.
Depending on your washing line’s capacity, a single thermal dryer unit often provides excellent results.
