PET Bottle Pre Washer

Description

A Pre-washer is an essential component in PET bottle recycling lines, designed to thoroughly clean PET bottles before the granulation process. This equipment is typically positioned after a debaler in the recycling workflow. Our pre-washers effectively remove approximately 90% of surface contamination from PET bottles, significantly improving the quality of the final recycled material and reducing wear on downstream processing equipment.

How It Works

The pre-washer utilizes a dual-screw mechanism that agitates and mixes PET bottles while water is continuously sprayed from above. This process effectively removes dirt, debris, labels, adhesives, and other contaminants from the bottle surfaces. Clients have the flexibility to use either cold or hot water depending on their specific cleaning requirements and the nature of contaminants being removed. The temperature selection can be optimized based on the type of labels, adhesives, and other materials present on the PET bottles.

Models & Specifications

To ensure exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, our pre-washers are constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel. This material selection guarantees longevity and maintains hygiene standards throughout the equipment’s service life.
