Traditional hot washers require extended reaction times, making it difficult to ensure consistent washer capacity. ASG Machine‘s new continuous-running hot washer resolves this issue, enhancing operational efficiency.
How It Works
PET flakes are stored in tanks and mixed within a hot chemical solution. The rotary paddles facilitate friction between flakes, removing surface contaminants including glue, mud, oil, and other residues. This mechanical action combined with chemical treatment ensures thorough cleaning of the material.
