Description
This water treatment system utilizes an air floating tank and flocculating agents to effectively clean water. The system is suitable for various industrial applications including paper wastewater treatment and fiber recovery, printing and dyeing wastewater processing, electroplating and other heavy metal ion-containing wastewater treatment, oily wastewater treatment, tannery wastewater processing, chemical wastewater treatment, paint wastewater treatment, food wastewater treatment, biological treatment of mud and water separation, low temperature and low turbidity groundwater treatment, algae surface water treatment, and numerous other wastewater solid-liquid separation applications.
How It Works
The system operates by compressing air through an air compressor into an air tank, which then enters the air dissolved tank via a jet flow device. The air is forced to dissolve into water under 0.35Mpa pressure, forming dissolved air water that is subsequently sent to the air flotation tank. During sudden release, the air dissolved in water emerges as vast micro-bubble groups. These micro-bubbles make full contact with the flocculating suspended matter in the sewage, which has been pumped and treated with flocculating agents after medication. The ascending micro-bubble groups adsorb onto the flocculated suspended matter, reducing its density and causing it to float to the water surface, thereby achieving the removal of SS and CODcr contaminants.
