How it works
This label remover utilizes the power of water to efficiently remove labels from plastic bottles and PET materials with an efficiency rate exceeding 95%. The system operates through a combination of mechanical force (medium-speed rotation and peeling) and high-pressure water flushing. The wet label remover effectively eliminates bottle labels, removes portions of caps, and cleans the bottles by washing away sand and other small particles.

Utilizes imported sharp, hard alloy knife teeth to ensure maximum durability. The claw-shaped knives are copper-welded with a large welding area that guarantees firmness and stability.
Friction teeth plate and screw components are wear-resistant and replaceable, extending equipment lifespan.
Knife and friction gaps automatically adjust according to bottle sizes, achieving optimal label-stripping effect across various container dimensions.
