Debaler Machine

The initial step in our plastic bottle washing line involves breaking down compacted bales of PET bottles into a free-flowing stream. Once the bales are efficiently “busted,” the individual bottles can move smoothly onto the next stage of the process.

Trommel

An optional yet effective component, the trommel is a slowly rotating screen tunnel. Lined with precisely sized small holes, it allows smaller contaminants like glass shards, metal pieces, rocks, dirt, and paper fragments to fall through, while the larger PET bottles proceed to the next machine.

Wet Plastic Crusher/Granulator
